Due to the nature of these products and strict quality control standards, we are unable to safely restock or resell returned nutrient products once they have left our facility.

For this reason, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened nutrient products. Because these are craft formulations, we cannot guarantee product integrity after handling, storage, or transport outside of our controlled environment.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing and to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order. Our team is happy to help ensure you select the correct product for your needs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. In such cases, we may request photos and order details to evaluate the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs.

We are not responsible for improper storage, misuse, or application of products after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all provided usage and storage guidelines.
